A lot of the 1-star reviews on here are about their delivery, with which I have no experience. Dining in here, however, is a pretty standard experience. They have most of what you'd expect in a typical Chinese-American restaurant, and it's pretty decent. Nothing stood out in particular, but nothing here struck me as awful either. The service was polite and helpful, and the price is reasonable.

They messed up my order then tried to charge me for there mess up them took my food back to add it to my correct order and I had to wait 45 minutes for my take out... worst service I have ever had.... Meridian idaho

We've order from here the last three years and they occasionally mess up our order but normally fix it within a timely manner. They also run late a lot. They aren't always pleasant on the phone and seem bugged or busy. I think they may be under staffed? Last night it was a HUGE mess... no red sauce for the mandarin chicken and the pork fried rice and chow mien came in the smallest boxes I have ever seen from there... then to boot the chow mien was only noodles. When we order and they ask if we want soft or crunchy noodles on the chow mien we always ask for the pan fried noodles because we've gotten it wrong so many times and end up with that slimy stuff with crunchy noodles on top of it. Called to let them know and Diana proceeded to argue with me?? Saying that's what we ordered and to tell me if I've ordered from them for 3 years I would know how to place an order?? The RUDEST person... completely shocked at her customer service. She offered to have someone bring out the red sauce or pick up the whole order and get a credit. That was it... no apology no nothing. We will NEVER order from there again. The driver was really nice and apologetic however.

I've worked here for like 3 years. I don't work there anymore, I work at HP now but I still come to help out because they are family owned and I am very close with them. Every employee I have seen pass through here has been good or actually great, that I have known. Such as, obviously Diana, Terence, Alan, Jenny, and the cooks. (The family owners.) And then the employees that still work there such as, Tony (LOVE YOU TONY!), Keri (Tony's wife.), Brenna, Johnny, Jeremy, and Brandon. Previous employees such as: Melissa, Jason U., Lane, and Emily. If you want to apply, because help is always wanted I would definitely recommend it because everyone there is seriously family and you create a special bond with everyone. Also, the new customers and regulars are amazing! Of course, sometimes there are mistakes made but we have always made sure and continue to make sure the customer is always happy and that the problem gets fixed no matter what. Anyways, I will always love Quik Wok in Meridian. The food is amazing, I have never gotten sick of it especially when I used to eat it everyday about three times a day. LOL! Okay that's enough of a review.
