Manager called me a liar, was not at all willing to apologize or accept responsibility for "error", expected me to wait an additional hour after waiting for 2 hours. No phone call or anything. Terrible service and I will not be returning.

What a joke. Tried to order online for an advanced order and the process completely failed. When I called to ensure my order would be delayed the management was rude and said the order was already in process. He (who refused to give his name) made no offer to help in anyway. I will NEVER order from Papa Johns again. Sad because we worked with this store in the past and gave them a TON of corporate business.

We called and ordered 2 cheap pizzas that were on special. They got the sauce wrong on one. They instantly made us a new one, gave us 30% off of our already discounted order, and gave us the pizza that was wrong.

Finally had a Papa John's pizza. Ordered it with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. I wouldn't have been happy if what I got was the regular. Absolutely horrible pizza. Surprised they are still in business. Unfortunately my money must have gone to the advertising. It certainly didn't go into the product. Better ingredients...better pizza...NOT!!!

Do NOT order pizza from 5 mile location, so disorganized it's ridiculous! 3 times in a row they are over an hr. to bring 1 pizza the first time they admitted they completely forgot our order. Consistently the order is wrong and mildly cold by the time it arrives IF it even arrives. Talked to the manager and all he does is give excuses how they're short staffed, really for over 2 months. Instead of making excuses fix the problem. Won't order from them again, wish I could give 0 stars
