Tanya and Cody are awesome! Amazing customer service and they even shop my insurance for me EVERY year upon renewal! Couldn't ask for a better company and amazing people! If you are looking for any kind of insurance, definitely give them a try!

I originally signed up with them because they were referred by family. In the first month, my billing was screwed up and they added a car onto my policy that I've never owned. A few months later, I purchased another car and needed to add that plus rideshare. I knew as a brokerage they'd have options that offer that endorsement, but it took them almost a week and a half just to get back to me. It delayed my husband from being able to start driving for Uber. Needless to say, I've pulled my business from them. It's sad because the people I've met from the agency are super nice, but they're just not efficient or good with customer service.

I don't leave negative reviews very often, but I have just about had it with this place! We sold our home and got a new vehicle in March. At that time we cancelled all policies with this company, or so I thought. I have called their office month after month, spoken to numerous people, left voicemails, sent emails and a hand written letter. Last time I called, I received a call back from a woman who acted that I had no idea what I was talking about.
I just opened a letter showing that this company has sent us to a debt collector... when Met Life actually owes us a refund for charging us when they shouldn't have. I am so mad! I am having to pull, and track down all kinds of documents to set this straight all because someone couldn't do their job correctly.
