We love Dr Hanks. He was my Dr when I was young and now sees my daughters. We've also seen other Drs when he wasn't available and have had positive experiences with all of them. Recently my daughter got something stuck up her nose and we were able to be seen the same day. When we went in we needed lots of hands and had the help of 4 different nurses/drs to remove it. They were so kind and patient with her and we all left smiling.

My experience with them was poor. I was recommended to one of their doctors for my one year old daughter. I checked their website and the doctors profile says currently accepting new patients. So I call to make an apt and the lady says that if I'm not moving from out of the area and I'm transferring from a local provider then we can't get in. My daughter was born at st Lukes as well. The lady on the phone was very rude. As a mother who's just trying to get her one year old better medical care it was very upsetting. They need to update their website to be more accurate, and work on customer service skills with their receptionists.

The doctors are great. My son was born with some major issues, and they are always able to get us in. Even when we would have issues during non-traditional hours, there was always a doctor on call. They also have an evening and weekend clinic in downtown Boise. We also appreciated being able to get to know some of the other pediatrician's in the office. Whenever our pediatrician is not in the office and we need to see a doctor, the other pediatrician's know my son and have made themselves familiar with his issues. I would definitely recommend Treasure Valley Pediatrics.

I absolutely love this Pediatrics Office. They were so helpful, kind, and professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable, and she really likes her Doctor!
We see Dr. Labor, and I would recommend her to absolutely everyone. She is very nice, and explains things in great detail when asked. Especially if you have nay kind of concern, she makes sure to acknowledge you, and help you.
The nurse was very friendly, and made the shots go super fast, while still being very gentle and understanding.
I have been absolutely blown away by the people at this location. They do a great job!
