I had a root canal done. They told me they were in network and my insurance would cover at 90% so I paid what was owed at time of service. Then I get a bill for 300$. They were not in network, my insurance paid them 70% and I would have saved 300$ going somewhere else. They were not willing to work with me on this and were dishonest or incompetent in regards to insurance and not willing to correct their mistake.

Dr. Chapman and his staff are awesome, I felt comfortable the whole time I was there and never experienced any pain during my root canal and follow appt. THANK YOU!!!!

First off I want to say that the front office girls were amazing by getting me into the schedule so quick. Dr. shipp was my doctor today and he did an awesome job. The anesthetic was the part I was most nervous about and he made it really comfortable. His assistant that helped out today made the appointment very comforting. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing a root canal! Really nice people!

My eight-year-old daughter fell off the playground structure at school and had to have emergency dental surgery on her 6 displaced teeth. We were later referred to Dr. Brent Chapman to do a necessary root canal on one of her displaced adult teeth. My daughter had a fear of dentists due to the pain and trauma of her recent accident and was NOT easy to deal with. Dr. Chapman was VERY patient, kind and gracious to both her and me, given the circumstances. Dr. Chapman worked his root canal magic and all is well for my daughter's mouth. We appreciate Dr. Chapman and his staff!
