My 7 year old had to have quiet few procedures which brought us back 5 times in 2 month period! First time we walked in I accidentally brought my health card instead of dental....the front desk just blew me off to call on my own to find out the number! My second appointment I had to request paper work on my own...like estimates for next visit! My third appt my husband came with my child due to me working that day...and today was a nightmare! We came in for scheduled procedures and had them done! As we approached the front desk she served me with papers saying it's this and this much and when I asked why that much...she wouldn't even make an eye contact starting to type and served me with another set of papers and telling me the crown isn't covered! Wait what? I just had my crown done few months prior and it was! She just gave me cold look and told me I don't know u will have to call to find that out! No Mrs...its your responsibility to let patients know what is going on with what's covered what isn't and why! When I kept saying my crown was covered how is this possible and why is that much because last appt this isn't the estimate they gave us...she said well he had extra work done! Which again was never mentioned that he will! The younger front desk woman just set in the chair typing without any concerns whatsoever or any answers! The other woman jumped in in very very disrespectful voice and said no crowns are covered 100%! I never said that...i came in 5 times in 2 months and they were pure arrogant and rude! I observeed them every time I came and they have never welcomed anybody,smiled for crying out loud! Dr Emory is amazing so are the stuff, but with these two at the desk you will loose a lot of patients! Just this morning I wanted to bring my older son there too...but now I will never come back again! It's so sad because Dr and stuff in side are amazing! We have found new dentist from now on!

I love Dr. Emory and his staff, and I recommend his team to everyone I know who is looking for a great pediatric dentist. My kids have been comfortable coming to his office since they were in preschool, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. It's reassuring to have children who are excited to go to the dentist instead of fearful. They love Dr. Emory and his team and are always treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Emory even performed oral surgery on my daughter when she was 3, and he helped us feel at ease with the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough of this fantastic children's dental office!

We have been going to Dr. Emory since before my daughter was one. We have always had a positive experience, demonstrated by the fact that my daughter is actually excited to go to the dentist! We would definitely recommend Dr. Emory and Boise Tooth Town to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

I have always loved Dr Emory for my kids. He is such an amazing dentist. Unfortunately awhile ago we had a horrible experience with Esneida. She was very rough with my child and rude. I won't ever return. There are much better places in Boise to take your child to.

I love that the hygienists take the time to teach my son how to floss and brush properly and are all about prevention (brushing, flossing, sealants, etc.). Dr. Emory is conservative in his approach of my son's dental care and won't do something that isn't absolutely necessary; which I love. He is not out to run up our dental bill with unnecessary charges for services that aren't needed. I plan on taking him and all of my future children there until they turn 18 and no longer need a pediatric dentist.
