BRA (Before Robert Ackerman) - the phrase 'you have a dentist appointment' caused an allergic type reaction amongst each of my family members - sweaty palms, random excuses, suddenly not feeling well, etc. etc. Since switching to Dr Ackerman 3 years ago the mention of dentist appointments is a non issue :) He's the best alright :)
