Gulliver's Travel

I was organizing a trip for about 30 family members. We were interested in going to any tropical destination. I told Linda, the rep at Gullivers what our price range was and we went with her recommendations for accommodations. She sent the request over to the group department so we could receive additional discounts, but when I got the contract back they had changed the hotel and the price went up $200-$500! She sent me the contract via email without warning that the hotel and rate had changed. She was not apologetic and did not offer to start over. She wasted 2 weeks of my time when I could have been working with a professional travel agency.
