This fastfood place has the worst service, ive even seen in a mcdonalds, prevuios owers ran it great ,service ,food 👍. But once sold it was a matter of weeks it went to HELL

I watched an employee order and then had to wait 25 minutes inside and then get told to come in because they had to clock in I think it's unfair for an employee and customer both have to wait that long for their food. The employee then said "I haven't even eaten yet." Then the so called manager said "that is your fault not ours" I think it's unfair for the employee to not eat and the manager could just grab something whenever they want.

I arrived at McDonald's at 11:37. It took them 7 minutes to take my order after I got to the speaker. I then waited in line for 25 more minutes just to wait an additional 5 minutes at the pay window. I then had to wait another 6 before I even got to the pickup window. When I finally got to the pickup window, I still had to wait 7 more minutes for my food. What really ticked me off was that my food was cold. Not hot, not warm, but COLD.
