THE ABSOLUTE WORRRRRRRRRRSSSSSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTTTT customer service on the planet. Been dealing with them for a year and every time you call you get the run around. They don't know their butts from a hole in the ground. 15 minutes on hold, transferred to every person in the building just to be told "um, we have to check on that and call you back later" every single time. I wouldn't recommend them to Satan himself.

This branch of State Farm is by far the best! I love the level of customer service and understanding that they have - it's an A++++!!! Cassity does whats needed to make sure that her customers are well taken care of. She listens to every question and concern that you have and finds the best solution that meets your needs. If you are in the market for insurance State Farm is the best insurance company by far! Thanks Cassity and team!!!

We have been with David Scholl State Farm Insurance since he came to Marshall, Texas. David is always making sure our interests and needs are covered whether it be our homeowners, our 3 vehicles, or our 4 wheeler. Our son will soon be leaving for college and David suggested we open a checking account through State Farm Bank! WOW! What an experience to make a deposit, just snap a photo of the check with a smart phone and voilla it is done! Since our son will be will be away from local banking he will be able to use his ATM card and transaction fees will be reimbursed! Experience and personal quality service is definitely A PLUS with David Scholl State Farm and his Staff! Thank you David!

I have known David Scholl for many years. He is an honest, dedicated individual. My family have home, liability and auto insurance with the Scholl Agency. All of the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and service oriented. Responses to questions are prompt and pertinent to the situation. I recommend the Scholl Agency to anyone seeking an all encompassing insurance agency.

I have a personal articles policy for my wedding ring with, David Scholl, State Farm Insurance. When I called to get a quote, the ladies in the office were so helpful and kind. Also, I love the fact that if I ever need to talk directly to my agent, I know that David Scholl is always there for his customers. Mr. Scholl and his office staff has always been like "like a good neighbor". I recommend David Scholl, State Farm Insurance, to everyone!
