Awesome staff! I came in and was seen almost immediately, they called in my prescription before I left so it was ready when I got there. They also followed up with me to make sure I was doing better. Best experience ever! Thanks so much

I have always had the best of the best medical treatment here. I go here not only to avoid dead central but because they have the best medical team you could ask for here. Thanks so much for always being so kind when I am not feeling well. You guy's are totally awesome. I always recommend this place to everyone.

Vicki CNP was professional and caring. My wife received excellent care delivered with kindness. Vicki is very knowledgeable plus she took the time to answer all of our questions. Vicki even personally called us to see how my wife was doing. Would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I received the very best care from this walk in urgent care. The staff was nice and polite. My wait time was about 20 minutes, not bad considering there were about 5 people ahead of me. I do not understand the reviews stating "Long wait time" considering I was at the actual Emergency Room a month earlier (middle of night when this Urgent Care was closed) for a bad cut and with only two other patients in the ER, I was forced to wait SIX hours to be seen for treatment. When I walked out of this Urgent Care office, they had seen all the people who were in the lobby when I walked in, and only one new patient was waiting. Everyone working at this Urgent Care seems to be very knowledgeable and caring as well as friendly. I felt I was being listened to and the Nurse named Vicki was amazing, a very kind and caring person. All together a great experience when I was sick and needed care, I highly recommend this office. Thank you to the entire staff and especially Nurse Vicki, for giving me great care and treating me for my upper respiratory infection. Oh and my prescription was ready before I got to the pharmacy and again, I don't understand these other spiteful reviews and people need to realize sometimes its the Pharmacy at fault NOT Urgent Care if your prescription is not ready. I think some folks just don't understand it's Urgent Care, NOT Critical care so sometimes it takes a little time to be seen, it's not like my Doctor doesn't also make me wait 20 - 30 minutes after my "scheduled" appointment. I'm just grateful for such a wonderful and very capable staff that I can count on for my Urgent needs. Thank you to all the workers at this office! Kevin

Vicki M Delaney, NP is the very best in Urgent Care providers, and now also my Primary Care Physician. Vicki took care of my severe hives (covered head to toe) and other ailments with the most professional behavior and genuine care toward my well being. I've never had a NP or even doctor, before Vicki hold my hands when I was suffering and comfort me, truly a kind hearted and compassionate person. I truly appreciate everything that Vicki has done for me and I always know I'm being heard and given the very best and accurate treatment. The staff is very friendly and courteous and I highly recommend this walk in facility to my friends and family. Thank you to everyone at Trimble Road Urgent Care! Best, Jon P. McConnell
