I found Dr Grimes a very nice person. Caring,friendly,interested in my problem and he certainly helped when 2 other doctors couldn't. I will go back if I need to and recommend him too.

Waited two months for appointment told his staff was from her said they couldn't mail out paperwork so I was on time for my appointment at 10:55 for an 11:00 am appointment after looking for place for 45 mins and his staff refused to let me be seen cause paperwork wasn't done yet not to mention I had a funeral to be at but I have a blown ear drum and ear infection for two months staff sucks
