I've had plenty of pleasant experiences at this Chipotle. I usually order online, and my food is always ready on time. The bathrooms are always clean.

First time ever trying Chipotle. What a big disappointment... there were flies flying all around the food they had out. The avocado was turning black, the chips were really hard and not fresh, the kitchen area looked a disaster. It's was definitely not busy at all, so maybe they could at least tidy up the area a little, and maybe put lids on top of the food containers to avoid flies getting into everything. I didn't leave because I was in a rush and hungry. I now prefer Qdoba in Junction City, because the price is a few bucks more than Chipotle, but their food is top notch, the chips are always fresh and warm, and the employees keep the restaurant decent.
I will give another try to Chipotle in the future, maybe not at the one in Manhattan though. But I hope next time, my second experience is pleasant and not gross as my first one.

Always clean and is clearly well managed. Friendly and efficient staff. The parking lot is small but there's free parking just across the street too, so not really a problem to me.

The service is amazing here. Everyone is always friendly and quick. And my food always is fresh. I never worry about the quality of food here.
