Food was fast, hot and delicious. Service was excellent. Order was accurate.

I'm not trying to guess at anyone's circumstances but there were a few things that seemed off. We arrived at 10:47am. The store opens at 10:00am but no one was on the headset for the drive through. We proceeded inside to place our order. When ordering I was informed that there was a six minute wait for chicken. Understanding the need to avoid food waste I agreed to wait. The chicken sandwich was rubbery so I didn't finish it, but the fries were amazing and the kids were enjoying themselves so we stayed. All of the surfaces in the dining area were dusty and I could see greasy fingerprints all over everything. There were dead bugs on the floor in the restrooms and the dining area. It was almost like cleanup hadn't been accomplished the night prior, nor had it been conducted during the first 45 minutes of the store being opened. Although it seemed as though we were the first customers of the day. Next time we'll go across town when we want Arby's.
