Jeff is by far the best at his craft here in southern NH. His unique combination of stretching and deep massage is something I have never experienced at other places. Having been to both of his studios in Hooksett as Well as Manchester, either location is inviting and peaceful. From the first appointment, Jeff has made me fell comfortable and relaxed. Regular massage sessions have increased my flexibility, released tension, improved sleep patterns. Thanks!

The atmosphere was great and relaxing. Jeff does an excellent job and the Swedish Gymnastics is a wonderful bonus to a wonderful massage.

I recently had lower back pain. I spent time with a chiropractor, a doctor, and a physical therapist. These visits were both frequent and expensive. Jeff's massage helped me more than any of the others - and at an affordable price to boot! Love him and what he can do!

I rarely leave online reviews but this was one of the best massages I have ever had. I suffer from bad migraines from muscle spasms in shoulders and neck. Massage usually helps but this one was amazing! Great atmosphere and the the therapist really knew what he was doing. Needless to say my headache was gone completely by the end of the 30 minute massage. I felt he really knew what he was doing.
