I often go to Subway, but the last two times I visited the Subway on Elm Street in Manchester, NH, Myles made my sandwich. This employee makes a huge difference. He is passionate and knowledgeable about the food they serve. He is always friendly and polite as well. He enjoys what he is doing and it makes the visit all that much more enjoyable experience for me the customer as well.
The food is good standard fare with really fresh ingredients. At the recommendation of Myles I got the flat bread this time and found it a nice change.

In town from out of town, attending a concert. Every other establishment had 60min wait or more. So Subway it is. One guy working the counter. Didn't have a name badge on but he wore a hat and had a ponytail. He saw the giant line forming (could hear him muttering to himself), but he kept his composure stayed friendly and got everyone served in short order. Solid Job!
Should think about looking into having more staff on hand during concerts...

Not the best subway I have been to. The inside is spacious and even has a electric fireplace but the workers were slow and slightly rude. Nothing good nothing bad either.

Store always takes forever to even realize there is a customer in the store took about 5 min and then takes another 8 min to make a sub.
