Solid first experience. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. Chips and salsa were delicious, and street corn was an awesome appetizer. My wife had the pulled pork quesadilla and I had a half rack of ribs. The quesadillas were on point, awesome pulled pork. My ribs were great. Will be back

We have been coming here for years.! Since the new owner has taken over the portions of food has gone downhill drastically. When spoke to the manager about it he just said that's the portion and walked away! Very poor customer service by the manager. Even the wait staff has agreed the portions have gone down, and have even admitted the portions have gone down. Other long time customers have complained as well!

Nice atmosphere..we enjoy going on Sunday for their 50 cent wings which are really good. The waitstaff is always nice and their meal portions are great for the price.

To Call it a Mexican restaurant is pushing it.
It is about as gringo Mexican as you can get.
The service was marginal at best, but the food was pretty decent. The atmosphere was almost overly emphasized hey were a Mexican restaurant, look at the fake stucco and bright colors.
For what it's worth, didn't see any Latino Americans working there or eating there, si it's not authentic.
They had margaritas, so that's a good thing.
I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, but it's ok if you want gringo Mexican fare.

I love the food, especially the river city beans. Only problem is they no longer serve the garlic mashed potatoes! Have been many times over past years. Went for Halloween one night. I dressed as a cat and waiter brought me a bowl of milk:)
