Have a very long wait through the drive-thru at least 20 minutes on a good day. Your order is never right and food tastes like it's been reheated

Had to wait a bit due the staff teaching newbies however everyone was very understanding and the staff was very nice about it

The kitchen was not very clean. I understand it was very busy but there were people in line that seemed very frustrated. The person behind the counter was very professional and knew what she was doing and did the best she could. The food was ok.

This place has problems! Met a group of friends here around 9pm on a Thursday. The locked the doors behind us even though the dining room is stated as closing at 11pm. We placed our orders and started waiting. One friend was late and came about 15-20 minutes after we placed our order. Because he was locked out we told him to just go through the drive-thru. HE GOT HIS FOOD FIRST!! In total, the group waiting inside waited for 35-40 minutes! So much for this being fast food...
