Great customer service. Worst website ever, causing me to make a simple mistake which then led to money, $85, continuing to be taken out of my paycheck for the month leading up to my previously planned departure, which I then lost. I could not be reimbursed.

Worse HR / Benefits experience of my 30 years in the Manchester Area. No clue about HSA or the rules surrounding them. Unwilling to admit to and correct errors surrounding HSA deposits for prior years. Hopefully I don't get audited because I did my 2016 taxes assuming they'd done the right thing, but weeks later, they still can't straighten things out. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

My experience with this company for my HSA has been fine as an employee of a company that uses Benstrat. My dependent care is a completely different story. I have received denied claims with little to no information. When I call to figure out the issue, I receive conflicting information leading me to submit over and over. This last call to make sure I had everything in order before resubmitting was the absolute worst. Customer service rep was EXTREMELY rude and condescending and basically would not let me speak. He said the complete opposite of the previous two reps. I have never ever experienced anything like it. I love the idea of dependent care accounts, but if you have to jump through 7 flaming hoops to get YOUR money out, I'm not sure the tax benefit is worth it.

Our company has been wih Benefit Strategies for years, NO major problems of any kind on my end. They are always helpful.
Communication has always been GREAT, nice to deal with a local company and not having to deal with a NO FACE large call center that really could care less, you can go to the local office and speak face to face.

I have never experienced such an incompetent company in my life. No communication, follow up or any correspondence. Billing has always been wrong. When you call you never get the same person and you don't get answers. They will drop you and tell you a 6 weeks later! Their license to deal with insurance should be taken away!
