This place is horrible. I have severe lower back pain and they won't prescribe any drugs. I am
Not a drug seeker and only use the drugs for flare ups. I have done everything they have told me to do that doesn't involve drugs and they don't want to prescribe me anything. I fell down the stairs this past weekend and I'm in so much pain and I can't Get anyone on the phone. They take forever to call back and they have no on call provider. Not to mention their hours suck. Overall I'm still in chronic pain and I hate this place. Going to make a move. I don't suggest going there.

Having a broken neck, unbearable pain to point of virtual insanity !!! Also other MRI'd proven fractures healings / pain and they say well, we don't feel comfortable giving narcotics or medication in cases of long term pain management like yours, but you can take extra ibuprofen. Use cold and heat.............. Like I haven't tried those measures, wouldn't be there otherwise. !!!!!

Sad that they are so very cold and uninvolved in every way, I could go on ! FAIL

This place was ridiculous. $345 later, we received a handout on how to eat to avoid pain and an earful of talk about cortisone shots that a Neurospine Doctor said would not work for this situation. They provided absolutely no help and didn't show any actual concern for the situation.

I have been a patient at the Pain Center for several years and they have improved my quality of life more than I can say. I had debilitating nerve pain. It is now minimal due to periodic injections and medication. I feel they listen to me, are very supportive and Dr. Hyatt makes me feel like a person, not a number.
Picking up the prescription order is a bit inconvenient but it should be noted this only applys to narcotics that can't be called or mailed to a pharmacy -- not every script written.
I can only express my appreciation to everyone at the Pain Center for all they have done for me.

1st problem
when trying to get prescription re-filled it took 16 days. very sad that your there for pain relief and they don't care enough to expedite a pain med request.

2nd
It took them 7 days to realize the med's i needed for intense pain "DID NOT NEED" to be pre-approved by medicaid. My other Doctor found this information out in minuets.
