I am not sure why people are bad mouthing her. I have been with Dr. Becker for 10+ yrs. There are times where I could not pay, she not Kristen were NEVER rude. They will work with you. She cares (they all do) I feel if you have an issue then you are the issue not them. I always recommend her and always will. She explains everything to you. As far as the "American" comment. Very rude. I love Dr. Becker and her staff!!

Awful place. Very unprofessional. Dr. Becker should go for a mental health evaluation. Be warned do not give her your billing information or phone number.

My husband and I are patients here and have been more than pleased with the service provided.
The staff is friendly and attentive. I would recomend this office to anyone.

Not sure why the previous person left such a negative review, I've been with Dr. Becker for 12 years and have received nothing but respect and excellent work from her.. Always polite and asking if I needed anything to make myself comfortable... In fact I went to her today for a problem, she fit me in the same day and in the process of taking care of my problem... I have never had any problems with Dr. Becker and would recommend her...

This doctor is not who she attempts to portrait herself to be; extremely disappointed in her.
Dr. Becker is the inflexible (German) and manipulative. If you don't do it here way, she becomes defensive and rude; extremely disappointing. Two x she cancelled the appointment for ridiculous reasons. She didn't regard my appointment as important because was spending too little money. What made my blood boil is she switched Practitioners on me. She said she would do my cleaning (because I insisted) and when I arrived in her Praxis she used the Hygienist. Did NOT extend me the courtesy call that she would do this; simply, bait and switch; that’s sneaky, deceptive, and grossly unsatisfactory. After waiting twenty mins. to discuss future treatments, she became angry and told me she didn't have time to have anyone sitting in her office for two hrs. even though I spent thirty-five mins. waiting when I came in and after my cleaning was completed. Extremely rude! She tries sooo hard to be as Americans and FAILS miserably. She is a US citizen who was born and raised in Germany with all of the traits of her motherland; especially rude and inflexible. Do NOT go to this dentist! UNETHICAL!
