So I went to aspen dental back in April for teeth cleaning. We were told the insurance we had would cover the services that Aspen dental said I needed. They tried to sell me this 'antibacterial' service for my teeth. I have never needed that while having dental work done ever, (and I had braces!). I denied having this service done. Well low and behold when the time came to pay the insurance said the aspen dental had performed dental work that was unnecessary overall! I was shocked! Currently I have to play phone tag with both of them so they will talk to each other to get this paper work done. In the end I most likely will have have to foot this bill. I do not recommend this to anyone as the person who files for insurance clearly does not do their job correctly. 1/5 do not recommend their service. Find another place for dental work.

The staff was friendly, the location is very convenient . The hours are easy to work with and they found an appointment same day that I called. Which is amazing for someone with a busy schedule. The staff seemed willing to work with me and my crazy schedule to get in more frequently .

Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Right now I'm reviewing my legal options with a lawyer. This should not be happening to patients! I started seeing a new dentist a few months ago because I was sick of going in for appointments when they were randomly canceled or needed to be rescheduled due to someone being out. I last saw Aspen 11 months ago. Then I got an infected tooth from a crown that was put on by this office only 16 months after the procedure. Yes a crown without a root canal which I should never have even agreed to. The pain started on a Friday night and luckily my other dentist was open on the weekends. They let me know there was a gap in my crown and I would definitely need a new one. Also that I should go back to Aspen to see if it was still under warranty because otherwise I would have to pay $1700 out of pocket for a new one plus a root canal. Insurance companies won't pay for another crown on the same tooth unless its been 5 years. So I have to wait to call Aspen on Monday and I tell them my tooth is infected, I'm in alot of pain and I need to see someone right away. They stated I would need a full assessment since I hadn't seen them in almost a year with all new x-rays and I put my foot down and said no, I have x-rays from my other dentist in hand and this is about 1 tooth. I'm not being overcharged for uneccssary xrays. Also they couldn't see me until the next day "well we're busy on Mondays" I asked what they do for patients in emergencies like this and they suggested I call another office. So I called Amherst then Bedford and finally Bedford agreed to see me that day. The dentist agrees the crown is bad, tells me there is no warranty on it and that I would either need to have it pulled or should get it fixed but she will have to review my old x-rays first to make a decision. And surprise surprise she could not review my x-rays until the next day because a ticket needs to be submitted for them so she stated she would call me back. That was 4 days ago and guess what? I've never gotten a call back! These people clearly do not care about their patients. They don't care how much pain you are in, they do not care about the quality of their work and they clearly do not care how much damage they cause with their mistakes. I ended up having the tooth pulled because the pain was unbearable, in the end it was not even worth saving. This was 1 of 2 crowns they put in that were bad and I was told I will most likely need a new crown and a root canal on the remaining one. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

I had bad experience at other dentist offices here I had a very good and positive experience, prices are a little steep. But they made sure I was comforble when I was in the chair. Thanks again Malinda and to the doctor

Very friendly staff. I love ❤️ my dentist. Very honest and straight forward. My only dislike is the pay in advance instead of running thru my insurance first. They do estimate how much discount your likely to get via insurance first but would still prefer to pay after insurance.
