Being the owner of a “one horse” shop, not only do I depend on availability of equipment and supplies, but also support. Eastpoint Laser was ALWAYS there when I ran into an unexpected crisis. Loss of blue tooth communication, computer glitches, emergency equipment repairs or replacement, etc. Case in point, the Windows 10 Active Sync fiasco. Not only are they helpful, but they’re are eager to help. Additionally, there are mindful that small company like mine have a limited budget, so they don’t nickel and dime you to death. Eastpoint Laser is one of the last of a dying breed of small companies that provide great service, don’t have voice mail system, and have a live person picking up the phone. Moreover, the support is quick to respond. Usually within a few hours. A lot of companies could learn from Eastpoint Laser business model.

Tim and the staff at Eastpoint Lasers have always been great to deal with. Today they went above and beyond after an accident broke a piece of my equipment that I needed for the next day. Back to work tomorrow! Thank you Eastpoint!
