Pastoral setting in the middle of the Shenandoah valley, literally. Surrounded by the blue ridge mountains, it's a beautiful campground. Each site has a patio with table, chairs and umbrellas. The fire pit included Adirondack chairs. The campground offers a community kitchen so bring your friends and enjoy.
The bathrooms are adequate, clean and tidy. Location is central to many attractions.
Cons
The amenities and location are reflected by the price. Double most parks and even Endless Caverns.

I stayed in the deluxe cabin. I proposed to my Finance. Jennifer the manager put roses, rose petals, lots of chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries, a cheese platter, bath salts for my finance and wine for a toast. The stay was amazing and so was the staff. The roses are literally the best roses we have ever seen. I would recommend this camp ground to anyone!

Nice, clean KOA. If you aren't in a big-rig RV the spots are quite spacious. Some have great views. The dog park is incredible - nicer than most regular dogs parks I've been to. Large, shady fenced-in area for the dogs to roam and play. Each site has a small fire pit, although the downfall is that it smells like a campfire so if you have allergies or sensitivities it may be hard to breathe and keep your camper/RV windows shut. Close to a lot of touristy attractions.

We stopped here to take a 2 day break from traveling and to see the caverns Absolutely best campsite we have stayed. Well maintained and the staff was great. The deluxe sites were great!! Will be back for a longer stay.

My fiancé and I just spent the weekend here, and had a very lovely experience! The quiet campground was very clean. It was right next to a cow field, which she absolutely loved! All sites were well-maintained, and neighbors were friendly. However, I gave it four stars for a few reasons. The first was the lack of security. We didn’t receive any tag for keeping track of our vehicle, which made me nervous as to who else could get in. Additionally, the single-lane access road to get up to the sites themselves is awkward and dangerous. There were numerous occasions where we almost got hit head on from other vehicles speeding down the road without looking. Why they would put that road as a single lane is beyond me. Other than that, it was perfectly pleasant!
