Pizza is good as always, but it took over 2 HOURS for it to be delivered AND it didn't say the delivery time before we payed for it. awful

For the first time in my life I got an undercooked pizza. I was literally chewing on raw dough for the most part. Even the tomato sauce taste different because of how undercooked it was. It was the first time ordering from this Papa Johns, and surely the last. For a $15 pizza, the least I expect is you present me with something edible, and it wasn't even that.
