I ate at here for the first time last night, that was a big mistake. I ordered the 5 piece tender meal (Not spicy) and what did I get, I got the 3 piece spicy, cold mashed potatoes, no gravy and an old roll. I will NEVER go there again.

I've ate at this particular branch around 6 different times. The timing was not so bad, and the food was good (for a fast food restaurant). The last time I was there, my brother and I used a 50% off coupon, but they were a bit too slow (15min). We were okay with that, but the manager refunded the already cheap meals and gave us the free meals!
