Best insurance agent there is! Great home town customer service and exceptional rates. My insurance agent is Jim Zachary at Cecil-Dunn and he has always taken great care of me and treats me like family!

The people at this agency are not friendly at all, they do not know how to treat customers. If you want to quote your insurance with other carriers and ask them for necessary information they really start treating you like crap.
I would not suggest anyone call this agency for insurance. RUN.
