I had such a bad experience here. That i dont ever want to come back. I had been dealing with severe pain. Robert Martinez kept telling me that i probably had a cold. I would call and tell the nurse that my symptoms were gettimg worse, i would tell the nurse if i could be referred to a specislist. Everytime i would call Robert Martinez he would tell me to go see him first to see what my situation looked like. I went so many times and all that came out of this was money out of my pocket for the visit but nothing was being done, and a bunch of ideas of what he thought it could be. When i had, had it with him i told him everything he recommended for me to take wasnt resolving the problem. He told me he was setting up a urgent request for a specialist. After days and weeks of not hearing from the specialist the manager there Susy says the reason why its taking too long is probably because im a self pay patient! At this point i feel like im dying of pain. So i was rushed to the ER in Amarillo at BSA. And thank God i got help there and was seen my a specialist within 2 days. Months after i had received my help with doctors in Amarillo i get a call from Texas Tech Specialist telling me that my info and request had been sent to wrong departement/person! And they wanted to see me asap, but i told them i had already received help. Once i called this clinic back to put a complaint. I received a pathetic apology.

Dr Vuelvas, and his staff are God send. From my children's first appointment, I knew that I finally found a Dr that was as good as Dr. Valdez had been. He explains everything to me and my children. His assistant Rafael is also the best. I would highly recommend Freedom Clinic to all my family and friends.

Their timing us super slow if I'm scheduled for a certain time an I'm early I least want to make the apt on the time scheduled an their attitudes are unprofessional for no reason it's just not what I want to deal with again

Worst service ever, the nurse was pretty nice and keep apologizing for something that he didn't do, it was the ladies at the front desk, I waited for 4 hrs just to be seen, but before 2 and a half hours passed I ask why and then she gives me papers to sign saying we never been then there so we have to basically register, and this was actually our 2nd time there so we were already in the system. And after a 5 min argument she finally checks and says "oh your right my bad." Really, I was boiling at this point but I'm a lady and can control my anger. And never heard a apology from her then I hear her talking to the other lady about me. Ugh, she was so lucky I had all 3 of my kids with me. But I'm better then that so I called and let them know bout her, her name was Virginia or something with a V.
