I normally like this place but they have no trained staff. We waited 20 minutes for a hostess to even acknowledge we were there and after seating the server took another 20 minutes to get us water and failed to ask us for a drink order or an appetizer order. I literally had to go find him to order anything. The dinner order took a long time to come and my wife's pizza was cold.

We were in the area decided to stop in for lunch. Service was awesome, good was great. My husband is in a wheelchair the restaurant is wheelchair accessible from parking lot to table easy access.

If there was a rating LESS THAN ONE STAR, THEY'D GET IT!!! Worse service I have EVER had...EVER!!! This was my first and last experience there. I went there with a wedding group of 25 with a reservation. We arrived at 6:01 pm, they never attempted to take our order for at least an hour! Since we bought drinks at the bar when we first arrived, they never bothered to even offer to take a drink order. They were only concerned with who was on who's check! After over an hour for someone take an order, ordered a Ceasar salad that took another 35 minutes to arrive at our table! Asked for a check three times. 25 minutes later, finally got it!!! Watched several smaller groups of 8 or less around us not only come after us, but get their drinks, food, and leave long before us!!! Ridiculous!!! Nearly 2 and a half hours there for a flipping salad is ludicrous! I will never be back. I will never recommend. Stay away unless you have half a day to waste!

Since our last visit a week ago, we've decided that would be our last time at Rocky's. We were freezing and eventually asked three different people to turn off the blowers. They all said they would have to ask the manager. The last one said the manager would be with us shortly. We never saw the manager.. We also never really saw our server. She never revisited our table to refill our drinks. Eventually, we all had to hold up our empty glasses to get the attention of another server who helped us out. My daughter's pizza had a hair in it but we decided not to say anything and just agree never to return. Bye!

Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our meal. From the first taste of their homemade bread to the calamari(best I have ever eaten) to the entrees. It was outstanding! Location is lovely. Service was fantastic. My favorite dish...pasta carbonara!
