I visited the Warnock location today and received the worst service ever. I chose to use the Drive-thru. After waiting 10 mimutes I finally placed my order. A barbeque signature burger combo and a side salad. 10 minutes later, made it to the 1st window i paid for my order. Silly me thought it wont be long now. When I got to the 2nd window, i was told to pull up because my side salad was being prepped. We waited another 13 minutes for them to bring the order out to the car. The very pleasant uoung lady asked me tocheck my order. Waiting 33 minutes to get a simple order is entirely too much.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!! I look on my snap map and the story that was near me was a video of the workers twerking in the back I mean like really I’m shookith!! The line was literally so long I waited for like 30 minuets to get my food! Baffled shookith really

This place had everything. Burgers. Fries. Ketchup. Smiling faces. Great deals.
Brad took advantage of the free (!!!) water. Not me though! I got an unsweet tea and it was D-Lish. And don't get me started on those tasty, juicy burgers. Let's just say, we'll be visiting this location again.

Went for the Szechuan sauce promotion. Stood in line of about 200 people just to find out they only had 20 sauce packets. What a joke. Left and had lunch at Subway instead.

What happened to good customer service? It does not exist anymore. It is 8:30pm and the drive thru guy is so busy playing and wearing sunglasses to do his job. Does this McDonalds have managers working? Must not tonight.
