I had a blast in there. I can say that I had a Fun time in this haunted hotel, everyone played there part very well and I'm glad I went in this time. I honestly can say that for a first timer going in a haunted house it was amazing. The staff that takes your ticket are really nice. My favorite part was the elevator man and the host Mr. Gribbons. I can say it was the best $100 I ever spent.. can't wait for next year!!

This was my first haunted house I'm 27 and it was the best ever. They did their job by leaving me scared and running. Keep up the good wprk. I hope to go back again for one last thrill. Love you guys great job

Really did good this year...the wait wasn’t that bad It was just for an hour on a Friday night. I brought my sister in law (she’s 9yrs old) and it was her very first haunted house. I was impress...it got me a couple times plus they grab at me and even blocked my path a couple times so I would get separated from my group. They WILL TOUCH YOU WITH THE CHAINSAWS. that was new to me, never had a haunted attraction do that to me in my life. I loved it. They kept a good distance between parties so it wouldn’t ruin the experience. The only thing I hated was that you had to pay 5$ for parking. Also I had to deal with a drunk lady trying to talk to my sister in law while we waited in line. Other than that It was awesome. Nobody was rude. I’m definitely coming back to try out that zombie outbreak they have going on Nov 4.

I would give this place a negative if possible. They were very rude. The actor named "ruster" made fun of and bullied everyone in the line. I understand that this a haunted house, however there is no need to pick out people's flaws and hurt them. He told a young boy to step out in front of the next bus and kill himself. He made fun of some little kids ears. And told teenage boys he would "f*** in the butt. " but in other words. This use to be my favorite, very DISAPPOINTED! Go else where and spend $25 for a better staff. Oh and guys, he mentioned being in jail.. not sure if they took care of that.

This was by far the best haunted attraction I have ever been to, the set up was genius and the acting was incredible, not just within the hotel but even as we were standing in line the actors came out into the crown and interacted with many of us, not only to scare the living hell out of us but also to joke and lighten the mood for anyone who was too afraid or needed a little comedic relief. Inside the hotel was incredible, the actors are so talented and interactive, overall an amazing experience! Try it out at least once, you will be hooked! This place will be my go to haunted attraction for the fall season from now on. Great job guys!
