Extremely condescending; almost as if we were trying to be dissuaded from seeking/having an abortion. I did not catch her name, but the older blonde woman with the foreign accent very much needs to work on her people-skills, especially since she is dealing with scared, young women in crisis. Will likely seek help from out-of-state clinics if ever in this situation again.

Most of the staff there were patient and understanding except this one girl. I don’t remember her name but I know she’s Cuban/French because she was telling the one of the girls that. I had just woke up from surgery and went to the recovery room, I was told to use the bathroom and I ended up throwing up. The lady gave me tissues to clean it up myself, didn’t think I was supposed to bend over after surgery. Then I was struggling to open the pad and she told me not to worry about it, just hold it between my legs. She gave other girls medicine for cramping but not me. I just felt like she was cold towards me and it’s not what I needed after my procedure. The other staff was great tho.

LADIES , please be aware that there will be protestors with really loud microphones so bring head phones and play your phone on the loudest setting while walking into the clinic. You will be taken great care of here at this clinic. It was an overall easy and soothing experience for me. You have the right to follow through with this. Don't let these people scare you. It is your body.

This place is a joke!! I had major complications with my medical abortion. I called three weeks later after the medical abortion due to really heavy bleeding..like couldn't get off the toilet heavy bleeding and couldn't walk. I called and they told me to come in after I asked if I should come there or go to an ER. From me bleeding so much and having to walk in to the clinic, I felt like I was going to pass out. The employees proceeded to tell me to just "walk on back so they could help me" after I told them I couldn't walk and asked for a wheelchair. They said "I don't know if we have a wheelchair". Are you kidding me?! How does a place like this not have a wheelchair?! My boyfriend and a kind gentleman in the waiting room carried me to the back in a waiting room chair. After getting back I was told to wait for the doctor. I then proceeded to tell them I felt like was going to pass out. Well..guess what? After the nurse left the room I passed out, apparently puked all over myself and my boyfriend had to call the ambulance. They weren't even as kind to call an ambulance for me. Nor were they willing to give the address to my boyfriend for the ambulance because I'm sure they didn't want a scene. I know I fell in the 1% category of having a blood hemorrhage, but shouldn't they have a protocol for this issue? I guess I did sign a waiver and knew the risks. But how do people that work in this sort of business not have sympathy or really take this seriously. The whole time I was awake they were extremely rude and acted like this was no big deal. Please be aware of what you're getting yourself in to when you go here and choose to have a medical abortion. I highly suggest you find a place that will take issues like mine more seriously.
