When it comes to needing your hands, fingers, or other appendages reattached or fixed there is no better place. Unfortunately, I've become a repeat customer. I won't go anywhere else when it comes to hand injuries.

Both times waited one and a half hours past my appointment to be seen. Doctors are good but need to manage appointment times better.

Have been a patient here for many years. Dr. Schecker was an amazing surgeon. The staff are awesome. I highly recommend Kleinert and Kutz. No better place to be for treatment for your hand care needs.

Very frustrated with how they handled billing after my surgery. For every bill I received I paid them and was very diligent about getting all of my debts settled. Three months after surgery, I receive notice from a collection agency that Kleinert had turned my account over for non-payment.
When I contacted the surgical center, they told me I owed them additional money outside of what I was billed for. When I requested a statement, billing argued with me that I should have received a statement, indicating the reason I was sent to collections. I paid my balance and asked the nurse to retract the collections notice, however now I'm still getting phone calls from collections even though my account has been settled.
That is no way to treat a patient. Notices should have been sent, warnings issued, and when an account is settled they should have contacted collections.
