No refunds...beware. guys who sold tix very friendly until you pay the money then attitude change. Guy told me he "didnt care" about us or re iew. Ridiculous.

Our group was very disappointed with this tour. The guide, Rachael was a lunatic. She threatened to leave people behind at the Hollywood sign, got mad when passengers were talking amongst themselves, constantly on the horn and cursing at other drivers while a family was on board, received about a dozen phone calls while driving, completely skipped Reodo Drive and kicked all passages off the bus away from our pick-up location because she was late for her new tour. Worst tour EVER! Told the ticket guy on the street about our experience, he just said "oh" and continued to solicit more tours.

Told us bus was leaving in 5 minutes. We have a flight to catch and bus is now leaving in 30minutes. Refusing to issue refund when we paid CASH and this man has our money in his hand. Do NOT use.

STOP PLEASE BEFORE YOU BUY A TICKET HERE !!!!Wish there was an option for zero stars! One star rating is too high of a rating for this terrible company. Our experience was the worse customer service I've ever had and a waste of time and money. We waited for hours and the tour bus kept returning for more passengers even after the tour began!! Horrible!! Horrible company. They argue between them in front of client , this is for real ghetto tour. PLEASE DO A FAVOR TO EVERYBODY TO PUT THIS BUSINESS OUT.
