This agency offers exceptional personal care. Every time that I come in, I am instantly greeted and my passport needs are instantly addressed. Within 10 minutes, my paperwork is prepared, my photos are taken, and my file is ready to go. And I am on my way out, with time still remaining on the parking meter. I love the professionalism and the efficiency of the staff. I come there for all of mine, and my family's passport needs.

They constantly screw things up. They assure you that they know what they're doing but in the end, they always screw things up. Even the Russian Consulate in SF system they're lame.

My friend recommended me this place. This is the BEST Los Angeles Passport and Visa Services Agency. All I can say is that they came through for us and saved our trip, when nobody in the Los Angeles area could help us. They basically do everything from A to Z when it comes to US passport services or travel visa services, and make it unbelievably easy and painless. And most importantly, we didn't feel overcharged. My family had a trip scheduled to Russia. One week prior to our tip, we realized that my passport is expired and my 12 year old son has NO passport at all. I called several expediting agencies explaining my problem and no one promised to get my travel documents on time. I was devastated. My tickets were nonrefundable. I called my friend and she recommended calling Russian Universal Services. On Tuesday morning I was at their office with my son. Daniel Lerman (company owner) was very understanding and helpful. He explained me all procedures. He completed all necessary paperwork and took my pictures. On Friday morning I had both passports with visas in my hands.
WOW!!! He did the impossible!
It's really a blessing to have such a company around that makes life easy for all kinds of travelers with their passport and visa requirements. I will be using them for my business and personal travel requirements and referring them to others as well.
