my driver knew so many things. he made us participate.

Two words: DON'T GO!
STAY AWAY!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!
There are so many other businesses to choose from. The horrible manager at LA Scene Tours, inspired my 1 star rating. I would have given it less if it were possible.
I purchased tickets from Dealfind. In the fine print it stated tours by reservation only. When I called to schedule a rude man told me it was not possible. "The computer wouldn't allow it" or some BS like that.
So my family and I went early to catch the 11:00 tour and ended up having to wait for the 1:00 tour. But that's not even the half of it. We wanted to upgrade our tickets, but were told we can't and that we'd have to get a refund from Dealfind. He also told us "the longer tours were exactly the same as the shorter ones and why would we want to do that?" What a great business man... telling your customers that spending more is not worth it! I couldn't believe the manager said that. He doesn't understand how a business operates... we wanted to pay more money and he refused... That's just dumb. We attempted to logically explain this to him, but he couldn't deal with it, and would turn his back to us.
The "manager," would offer solutions and then say he can't do that. He was full of excuses: the computer doesn't work, I don't understand, I can't deal with this. Apparently he couldn't comprehend what he agreed to with Dealfind. That should be his problem, not the customers. He has horrible customer service for someone in his position. People go on tours to have a good time, not to be treated like crap. He tried his best to ruin our day. Well poop on him!
If you purchased tickets for LA Scene Tours GET A REFUND any way you can and stay away! There are better places to go. We couldn't believe how we were treated and left. On the next block another tour company offered us a deal that was just as good as the one we purchase from Dealfind.
Spread the word and DON'T let friends SPEND A DIME HERE!

I made special plans for valentines day and talked to a guy named John over the phone. After everything was said and done, I was supposed to be there with my wife on valentines day at 11am. I showed up 10 minutes prior and the guy I talked to named Scott said there was no tour at eleven. I was shocked, I explained that I made special plans, and Scott was being rude and brushed me off, he was upselling me instead and said we can do a private tour for $300, can u believe that? He said I only paid $24 per person and not to expect too much. Scott is a real cocky guy and I do not recommended anyone to go there. They did not accomadate me at all. Worst experience ever, do not go there. Luckily I was able to catch another ride with another tour.

Great tour, great staff. Very informative & I loved the van.
Been in LA for many years now & decided to take a tour FINALLY & came across this nice guy named John. Really took care of & even had the van waiting for me as I was running late. He even fed my meter when I was out on the tour. Class A service and a very clean ride & everyone was very friendly. Definately recommend to a friend.
