Should have followed the reviews here. I signed up for their 2 months and saw limited listings on their website. Wanted to get a refund immediately( after 10mins of usage) but there was no reply from their email or customer service. Was ONHOLD for ONE HOUR on the phone . Also the password reset does not work, once you have forgotten your password, be prepared to say bye to that account.

Horribly Horrible. Customer service is not worth one star. Representative are rude and crude...I don't get it. I don't understand why these people are so no supportive. it almost like they don't want to rent the units.

Saw quite a few ads on Craigslist, but when you call the office to ask for prices on specific rental numbers, they let you know that you need to pay $60 in order to VIEW their listings.
