The tour was really good.The guide i had was the best of all the guides i had before him.I learned many good things about school etc...... All the hotels were good and the food was also good.The guide was David Kim

My husband and I signed up for the Hearst Castle tour (one night two day) package. We took July 27-28 tour. The beginning part on the first day was very difficult. We arrived to Garden Grove destination. The van left the Garden Grove on time. However, the driver had to come back to pick up three other passengers. There were not enough seats. My husband was squeezed and had a very uncomfortable ride to LA main office. That means there was a lack of coordination between the driver and the main office. The motel we stayed in was very dilapidated and in unsanitary condition. However, the remaining part was very enjoyable. The itinerary was rather compact. The train riding was good. The El Camino Real Church exposure was good. The guide, David Kim was knowledgeable on the subject matter which he covered. Overall, we enjoyed the tour thoroughly.

2014년 12월중 S.F.tour를 다녀온 사람입니다. 전체적으론 무난했다고 볼수있으나 guide "E"의 온통
반말 ( guide보다 손윗분이 반이상)
로의 설명과 지시사항을 내림으로서
아주 불쾌한 여행이되고 말았읍니다.
같이 동행했던 guide training 기간중이란 사람에게 시정해줄것을
말했더니
"친근하자고
하는말인걸요" 합니다. :-(
이것이 귀사의
business mind인가요 ?
"그거. 알아 ? 몰라 ? "
"이렇게 모두들 자고있으면
뭐 나도 설명않하고 자지 뭐"
이런 말투를 몇일간 들은며
기쁜 여행아닌 우울한 시간들이 되고
말았읍니다. 돈쓰고 삼청 교육소에서
몇일간 부대끼고온 느낌입니다.
(가본적 없지만 들은바에의하면...)
반면, Diamond Bar에서 우리들
일행을 pick up해서 Barstow 까지
guide해주셨던분은(성함을 기억못해 죄송...) 말씀의 내용과 모든 품새가 너무나 편안코,
좋왔읍니다.
