Not recommended. We were charged $750 USD(!) to process a single entry tourist visa for Russia and the visa STILL took 5 working days to be approved. Sierra website prices were less than half of this cost for rush service (2-3 days) and the exorbitant price increase was simply justified as we are foreign citizens (even though we have previously had the very same Russian visas procured in the U.S quicker than Sierra and for a fraction of this cost).
Customer service was poor with emails rarely returned throughout the process and staff seemingly disinterested or unable to provide any information throughout the process despite us paying an absolute premium for their services.
Disappointing service coupled with inexplicably high charges. We won't be using Sierra for any future visa processing.

I work for a media company in Santa Monica, found out I had to leave on urgent business for the Far East and couldn’t find my passport. I found Sierra PVS online and called them to see if they could assist me. Their advice was clear cut and the service was fast; I had my passport back in 2 days. Definitely handing their biz cards out to everyone in my office…. like knowing a good mechanic, they always come in handy when you really need them!!

Reliable company, great people. We use Sierra Passport regularly to obtain visas for our company. They have always come through for us and are very knowledgeable. They have saved the day for us numerous times and have our business forever.

I'm an admin asst for a large corporation and we use Sierra for all our business travelers to get their visas. In two years of working with them we've never had any significant issues. They will pick up from me and deliver back to me when the job is done. It makes my job so much easier. Great customer service.
