I have been fighting with this company for 3 months now. They acknowledged that I am owed a partial refund. Kenneth (the agent) tells me that it's being processed and to check back in a couple weeks (due to airlines/consolidator processing). Sounds reasonable...I come back in two weeks and he says nothing has come in yet, he takes my mailing info to mail the refund back. I give him a couple days to follow up. Call back after 3 days and no status update...and magically he loses the mailing address. I call today for an explanation as to who this is taking so long. Kenneth puts me on hold, makes a call (presumably) and upon returning; he says "can you call back tomorrow?"...NO!...Kenneth then proceeds to say that he cannot waste more time on this. (So a customer is a waste of Horizon Travel's time?). Kenneth then tells me to call the accounting department. THIS AFTER GIVING ME THE RUN-AROUND!!!
So tomorrow I will call the Accounting department and see what happens. I've pretty much had it with Kenneth and Horizon Travel. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in a so-called "business".
