STAY CITY RENTALS SCAM!!!!! I rented 6 months before the date , missing two months they charged me half of the rent and everything was fine until that time, I was made to sign contracts and a month before I was told that the property was closed ,they wanted to switch from a house to a study that looked like a mousetrap , I have 15 days sending emails and they didn’t answer them, i want my money back and they never answer the phone, they also tried to charge the second part 5 times. On the other hand the property is closed according to them still appears on all web pages where the company stay rentals city appears . In conclusion stay rentals is a scam and I want my money back .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT!

Got scammed off $300 security deposit for one night stay.
During the check in process the host requested for 300 dollar incidental deposit to be refunded the day we check out. A month later, Stay City Rentals is making every sleazy attempt at not refunding the deposit: first claiming that there is delay in processing the refund, and now nearly a month later claiming that "further investigations discovered some damages which cost the deposit".

I stayed in a Stay City rental from March 31- April 3.
The property was just unacceptable. The A/C never worked, despite claims they "fixed it." The dishes were filthy, the check in process laborious and people were late. They had undisclosed deposit requirement and only offered on key to the place, unless you left and extra 150 deposit. You can't get in or out of the building without a key, so if two people are staying, they really have you trapped. The building is hideous and the service the worst I've experienced. The make you feel more like you are checking into a prison camp.
The carpets were stained, walls were marked up as if being prepped to paint. In short, I can't even catalog all that was wrong with the room. I have photos. On my last day, I tried to watch TV in my room only to discover it had no power or cable cord. It was a never ending comedy of discovery.
Had the stuff worked, the amenities were still awful. Bad towels, one roll of TP, the minimum of everything. It was really, unbelievably bad.
One good thing: The wifi was fast. Still didn't make the trip worth it. Just one of the worst experiences ever.

This place was nice to the look, but if you are trying to enjoy a vacation, it's horrible! The service-horrible. We had old towels that were gross, we didn't have any hot water for the showers, they didn't put one thing of soap in the rooms or kitchen. The sink stunk like dirty dishes all the time. The fees are crazy and the security deposit is $300, which by the way they won't tell you until you actually show up. I was very disappointed with it. We had a parking space and someone took it so we had to park somewhere else and they were about to tow the car. If you don't want any of this to happen, don't book with these guys. At any of their places. I would put 0 stars if I could!
