Absolutely perfect. When you need to get to Vegas and ur car won't make it or u have no car this is the real deal. It's very affordable

It was great going up but coming back, not so great. I purchased my ticket online and understood their policy that if you're not there and miss your connection, you forfeit your ticket. Well, the bus was either too early or never came. At any rate, I missed my connection.
I immediately called and they said they would simply transfer it to a later connection with no further fees (btw, I neither asked or expected to be exempted - I would have paid) but she assured me it was all taken care of and all I had to do was be there.
When the bus driver arrived, he asked for my ticket. When he saw it was for earlier, I tried explained to him that the office said they transferred the ticket. He called someone and when he was done, he turned to me then said, very rudely, "you forfeit your ticket. You have to pay again or you don't ride!" Then, he immediately took my bags off the bus and said "I don't have time for this" . I said, but wait, let me call them there must be some mistake. He said "no". I pleaded, please don't leave me here with my 11 year old child. Then he got on the bus, closed the door and left.
He left me stuck at some random location at night with my child who was terrified.
I will never ride with them again, not only because he left, but because he was unwilling to listen. .. and I will tell those that recommended them to me not to do so too.
Again, beware before considering riding with them. Just know that they will leave you in the middle of nowhere!

Crystal on the phone and Enrique the driver are f****** awesome!!! Fantastic customer service and very punctual bus times, sometimes even comes earlier!
Buses are much more punctual and comfortable than either the Greyhound or Megabus. Go with this guys!

never don't u ever spend money on this company.
So first of all!, the bus arrived late more than 2hours in LA and we ended up arriving at Las Vegas 10pm (it was supposed to be 6ish)
secondly, to complain about such situation, I called the company to talk to the manager. Approximately I called about 20 times but they never allow me to talk to the manager. The unprofessional staff always say either he is busy or in the meeting and she tells me to call at a certain time and when I call at the right time the manager is not there again.
thirdly, later on when you keep call them, they just don't take your call. btw I am talking about american lion both in LA and Las Vegas.
Lastly, the reason for late arrival of the bus was due to absence of the bus driver
I wasted so much time and energy on this company I really wonder how a company like this still can run in 21th century
this company does not even deserve 1 star. Google must let us use minus star sysyem
