We purchased airline tickets in August of 2015 for a much anticipated trip in March, 2016. Our flight was cancelled the day of the flight so that we could not make our connection for the overseas trip. We cancelled the booking and an agent of Eros Tours said our money would be refunded and even stated such in an email of which we have copies . We rebooked with the same company to make the overseas flight the next day. It was a long, exhausting and expensive flight. Our original money was NEVER REFUNDED. We've essentially paid twice for the same trip. In our efforts to get our refund, Eros Tours has been evasive, they've claimed we did not show up for the flight ( IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED). They have hidden behind the site of purchase as having occurred in California so disputes had to be settled there, but we did not purchase the tickets in California. By case law any internet commerce is considered as taking place in the state from where the purchase is made, not where the company is located. Their claim is illegal. Eros Tours' actions do not demonstrate integrity or truthfulness. In good conscience I could not recommend this company to book flights, tours, hotels or anything. They are not trustworthy. If they were willing to refund our money, we'd be willing to post a more positive review.

Absolute disgrace of a travel agency and swindlers! My mother booked tickets with them and they refused to honor a refund. I hope they like lawsuits!

AVOID at all costs. *If you have any difficulties at all, expect the end result to be unfavorable to you* Customer service is abysmal- 30 to 40 attempted calls to customer service were met with a "the party you are trying to reach is unavailable". If you do get through, expect to wait for 45 minutes. There is no "live chat" button- if it pops up at all it does so on its own.
This company also operates as AirTkt, and Cheap Fare Guru, both with universally horrendous reviews.
Their apparent business model is to take your money, provide as little service as possible, and part ways with you. Expect to be misdirected, have your time wasted, and ultimately be disappointed.

This company does not provide any reliable service, and has no quality control or solutions to the problems it creates. It's a shame I had to give them one star just to post this warning; There is no quality support for the $21 Agency Booking Fee!
They claim that their non refundable: "...agency booking fee provides value such as 24x7 toll free call center support, quality solution to all your travel needs, quality and technology automation." However, in my case, they did not return my call, as promised, when I asked them to find a solution to the problem that my window/aisle seats were not available on my flight that had been replaced with a stop-over, after being canceled by the airlines. No one called back.
After trying to actually get someone at Eros Tours and Travel Inc. to pick up my many follow up calls, I called the Airline directly. As my travel date was fast approaching, United Airlines was very helpful in trying to find a couple of seats on a non stop, but alas, only middle seats were available. The airlines issued the new itinerary stating that the difference in cost would be refunded, but I never received that. It went to the agency. Despite my many requests (complete with paper trail) for the $330 difference, to date, I have received nothing that merits a quality solution.
I even employed my CC carrier's help. Their agent sat on hold with me, while waiting for someone to pick up. After about 30 minutes, in an inaudible accent, a very unprofessional (did not identify the company or himself) man asked for the itinerary number and said, "just a minute" We were on hold for an hour. Now I have to take this to small claims court, as it is not a small matter, or amount, for me!
