Krystal of Krystal Spa is a delightful person to work with. Knowledgeable, flexible and overall a wonderful person. Great to work with and takes the time to explain things to you and ensure you are doing it correctly. It was my first time trying yoga and she definitely helped me through the various poses and ensured that I was doing them correctly. Would definitely recommend!
