California Mart is for trade and wholesale.
There are sowrooms, buying offices and few stores there but mostly are not open to public (unless they are doing sample sale or...)

Nice place to shop every last Friday of the month, theirs places around to go eat have coffee, theirs a liquor store and jewelry store at he lobby and prices are really good.

Been here for various events. It's convenient by car or if you can walk but far from any metro stop.

It's a showroom and event space ,it's a clean pretty empty space with several restaurants near the lobby. There is a great juice sandwich shop there that I can recommend . I've been getting lunch there for at least eight years.

Enjoyed UniqueLa's Spring Market here. Can't wait for the summer. The location is beautiful. Especially at the top floor. Great events must be hosted out here.
