I have known Chris for a dozen years and have purchased two hot tubs from him (and it won't be long for a third!). He is the best and most knowledgeable guy around when it comes to this business. Someone at Nextdoor site at Holly Lake Ranch needed a recommendation for hot tubs and I did not hesitate to post Chris' name and number. You can not go wrong with Chris and his great crew.

We bought our first Bullfrog Hot Tub from Chris Ogden a month ago. We could not be more pleased with everything from Chris helping us to choose the right one and the white-glove installation we received once it arrived. I wouldn’t consider buying a hot tub from anyone else. The jet packs in the Bullfrog are so therapeutic and my husband and I already feel 10 years younger. Back and shoulder pain have all but disappeared. Not only that, we’re becoming quite the star gazers of late and seriously having a blast. Life is good. A big thank you to Chris and his team..the Williams in White Oak LOVE YA’LL!

He has addressed any problems with customer service you can count on, quickly and effectively. He follows up on the performance of your spa just to make sure your still happy with it, even years after your purchase. Time Machine Hot Tubs is the only dealership I refer friends to.

This goes out to anyone looking/researching for a hot tub. Time machine has the best selection. Chris , Albert, & Tony are awesome. They have so much experience with hot tubs that they actually do have all the answers. Chris made it easy for us to purchase our first hot tub. We chose the Bullfrog. You can customize the jetpacks as you like. They gave the cover and steps at no charge. All three of these guys made our purchase headache free... we are loving our Bullfrog..
P.S. Time machine Hot Tubs is a place where you can shop with no pressure but plenty of help if needed.. they also sell some awesome grills..

Extraordinary service! My husband and I began our search for a hot tub several months ago in conjunction with our backyard remodel project. We shopped several locations and from the minute we walked into Time Machine Hot Tubs we felt like we were in the right place. Chris took the time to listen to what we were looking for and then made recommendations based on our conversation. He talked about the features of each brand and model he sold. Never felt like we were being pushed to overbuy something just to make a big sale. We came in one day and had a "test drive" in a Bullfrog brand tub and fell in love. We feel confident that we bought the best hot tub for our budget and needs. We've had our hot tub for about a month and we are in it almost everyday. Very happy with the service, sale and the product!
