These idiots can't even get their own title policies correct. They intentionally botched my policy and refused to give back my $130,000 escrow until i signed a waiver stating they had no liabiltiy to f'ing this up whatsoever. HELLO TREC!!! if anyone wishes to hear the audio of these idiots filing the WRONG title to my purchase and how they extorted $130,000 out of me for nearly a month just contact me and you can see they'll f u up just as much as they f'ed me up.
DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS AND THEY'RE LAWYERS AT THE US TITLE COMPANY IN LONGVIEW OR KILGORE!!! THEY CAN NOT READ OR WRITE IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND YOU'LL BE OUT HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND END UP IN LITIGATION LIKE MYSELF!!!
