I cannot begin to describe how great this place is. I cannot find words that accurately describe my satisfaction. If you live in East Texas, this is THE place to get your car insured... not to mention your motorcycle, boat, camper, apartment and/or home. The staff are more than just "friendly". They genuinely want to satisfy each and every customer as if they were family. They will go "Above and Beyond" to make sure ALL customers are paying the lowest rates for their insurance needs. All customers are treated like family. When you leave the office you will feel like you are one of the family.

Horrible customer service. Made everything difficult and lied multiple times about the rates that would be available in the future. Has horrible policies, requiring cash payments, for no understandable reason other than to dodge taxes, maybe. Never available, and will put you on hold for an exceedingly long time.

AWESOME customer service!!! Was so surprised at low rate for my husband & I... There is no competition when it comes to insurance rates & customer service!! Always greeted with smiling faces & cheery dispositions, all of the staff are so helpful & educated in their business & area able to answer any & all questions I have. I could not imagine changing insurance companies!! I highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of good insurance!! :)
