Last Friday afternoon I called to order flowers for a family funeral. I had called two florists already. One was unable to guarantee delivery by the visitation the next morning at 10:00 A.M., and the other, well, the girl with a very bad attitude answered the phone.and then I was disconnected. When I called Hamill's, Angela answered with a very happy voice. I was afraid of the response I was going to get. I was last minute, I know. However, Angela exhibited a very positive attitude from the start. I had no information except the deceased's name. She immediately pulled up the obituary and basically said it was no problem. She would contact the funeral home, if she needed any further information. She then carefully wrote down and repeated back the long list of names I wanted included on the card and said she would handle it.
After the funeral, the response I received from my family member was that the flowers were "magnificent!". The care that was given to my order and the quality of the flowers received left my family knowing I cared. I could not be present at the funeral. I live in another state. Angela, thank you so much! You will never know how much this meant to me and my family member. Thank you for making these flowers so special.
I would definitely recommend Angela just based on the cutomer care I received. If she had told me what I wanted was impossible, I would have understood because of the way I believe she handled the call.

I recently ordered flowers for a funeral from Hamill's. Their customer service was fantastic, and the flowers that they delivered surpassed my expectations. I will definitely use them anytime I need local flowers in the future!

I purchase several arrangements every month from Hamil's. The staff is great to work with and the flowers always look amazing. Customer service is definitely their priority!

Had to place an order on short notice and Hamill's shop exceeded all my expectations. Professional, prompt, and a gorgeous arrangement. Would recommend them to anyone that values quality!

I live out of state & I ordered flowers for a friend of mine. I went to their website & looked at their selections. I picked an arrangement that I knew would have standard flowers that they would have in stock. The arrangement was supposed to have roses & daisies. Simple right? They subbed the roses for sunflowers. It was an ok arrangement, but Def not what I had requested. The last time I had used them they did the same thing. I hate when florists know Ur out of state & cheat you out of Ur money. Be aware.
