If you have/know the go-to techs here, it's an amazing place to be. But if they place you with the wrong techs, then it'll be a hit or a miss on your experience here. Wish the experience was more consistent with ANYBODY here. That's the only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars.

Rude, rude, rude....did I say rude? I went twice, trying to convince myself I was being too hard on them. NOT!! I really dislike not speaking English, not attempting to have a conversation with your client. ME
It is also not clean, brown towels if you get one look horrible. I will not be back. Management really needs to work on customer service with the technicians. It will make for repeat clients.

I expected a little more for the price they charge for gel manicure. The top edges were uneven and not shaped. Maybe she's new to the business and hasn't had a lot of experience. The communication could have been better. However, I did like the fact that they took their time and I did not feel rushed and I was able to relax.

Clean, lots of color options and 2 people worked on me for a Mani and pedi. I was in and out in 45-50 mins AND it wasn't rushed.

I've heard many good things about Hana Nail Spa but I've never been and it sure didn't disappoint! Great environment and nice technicians! Cindy did my nails and they look great! Best coffin nails shape I ever had on my hands. She picked out the perfect shade of grey for me! She's very sweet and very helpful. Other salons I've been to usually take so long for my powder nails but she seems to do it really well, really fast! Which is great! She seems very skillful! I highly recommend.
